PZ Cussons embarked on a global SAP implementation initiative to unify its finance, supply chain, and production systems across multiple regions. The company sought to replace fragmented legacy applications, improve operational visibility, and standardize reporting across its global network. BTTIBD was engaged to deliver an end-to-end testing and quality assurance framework that ensured seamless integration, minimal downtime, and full compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
Our expert team collaborated with PZ Cussons’ internal IT and business process owners to deploy a comprehensive SAP testing strategy tailored to their global rollout plan. Using Tricentis and Worksoft automation tools, we built a scalable framework that supported multi-region data validation, integration testing, and performance assurance across key modules such as Finance (FI), Materials Management (MM), and Sales & Distribution (SD).
BTTIBD developed a unified regression testing suite that reduced test execution time by 40%, implemented automated data reconciliation scripts to validate cross-module consistency, and introduced a performance monitoring dashboard for live test tracking. Continuous integration pipelines were also established to support iterative deployment and feedback cycles, ensuring faster go-lives and reduced risk exposure.
The SAP implementation was successfully completed on schedule, enabling PZ Cussons to achieve standardized operations across its global business units. The organization recorded significant gains in reporting accuracy, data transparency, and system performance post-deployment.
The project delivered outstanding results, including a 40% reduction in testing time through automation and process optimization, and a 30% improvement in data integrity and reporting accuracy. It also enhanced collaboration across finance, supply chain, and production teams globally, culminating in a smooth global rollout with zero post-go-live critical incidents.
